Those sites have the right, but not the obligation, to take any action against you without giving any prior notice.
3. This should be very clear that Bollyvolly.com is just an intermediary which provides links to the audio files. This website works automatically. That means that the script crawl the websites over internet and looks for the links to MP3 media. If appropriate and spy ware free link is found it will be added to our database. These files are already available on the internet and we do not have any exclusive rights for those. You may find these files from any other source or website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, the integrity, or the quality of the content on those sites.

9. Update (Sep. 26) - Bollyvolly.com has stopped adding requested albums from Bollywood Albums due to work overload. Instead I’ll try to find you some other website where you can download the songs of the requested album. I am very sorry for that but I alone is working on this website and I am 11th Standard Student So I can’t manage to take out so much time and required funds. I hope you understand. But you can still request an album from TV Serials that you can’t find anywhere on internet and I will find it for you and add it.
